Diff-Quick Staining KIT
Diff Quik (DQ) umumnya digunakan dalam praktik untuk memeriksa apusan darah dan sampel sitologi. Ini adalah sistem tiga langkah yang menggunakan metanol sebagai fiksatif diikuti dengan larutan jingga/eosinofilik, lalu larutan biru/basofilik.
Kondisi: Baru Min. Pemesanan: 1 Buah Etalase: Semua Etalase Diff-Quick Staning Kit 500 ml. Reagent Pewarnaan (1 box isi 3 botol).
Prosedur Pewarnaan Diff Quik :

Fiksatif (Hijau Cepat Dalam Metanol) - Warna Hijau Pucat.

Larutan Noda 1 (Eosin G dalam Buffer Fosfat) - Warna Merah.

Larutan Pewarnaan 2 (Pewarna Thiazine dalam Buffer Fosfat) - Warna Biru.
