MATEST Large Capacity Mixer

These large capacity mixers have been designed to mix bituminous samples for compaction tests, Marshall and tensile splitting test and for other tests where uniformity is required. Thanks to the planetary action this mixer ensures a complete and uniform mixing. 

The machine is provided with a variable speed drive allowing to set a wide range of speeds:

  • from 20 to 130 rpm for the planetary action

  • from 60 to 390 rpm for the revolving action

The stainless steel protection grid can be lifted to inspect the bowl, and in this case the motor automatically turns off to prevent accidents to CE safety Directive.

A timer allows to select the mixing time or the continuous mixing.

B025N – Mixer 10 Litres (Asphalt)

B025N is a table-mounted unit with a capacity of 10 litres, characterized by a robust construction with stainless-steel bowl and whisk. The planetary mixer is equipped with safety switches that automatically stop mixing if the grid is lifted by the user. Beaters and electric heaters must be ordered separately. B025N is provided with a variable speed drive allowing to set a wide range of speeds :

 

Three models are available as follows:
  • B025N: Power supply: 220V 1ph 50hz 370 W; dimensions: 570X340X585 mm; weight: 42 kg approx
  • B025NX: Identical to mod. B025N but with power supply: 220V 1ph 60Hz
  • B025NY:Identical to mod. B025N but with power supply: 110V 1ph 60Hz

B027 – Mixer 20 Litres (Asphalt)

B025-01N Mixer 20 Litres (Asphalt)

A robust device for the mixing of bituminous mixtures, suitable to ensure homogeneous and uniform mixing through planetary action. The mixer has a capacity of 20 litres and it is supplied complete with a stainless-steel bowl and whisk. Beaters and electric heaters must be ordered separately.

The machine is provided with a variable speed drive allowing to set a wide range of speeds :

  • 8 positions 50 to 150 rpm for the planetary action
  • 10 positions 115 to 400 rpm for the revolving action
